Opal (Judi) Williamson, 60, of Ashland passed away peacefully, Monday evening, April 8, 2019 surrounded by loved ones.
She was born May 29, 1958 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Franklin T. and Jean (nee Lawrence) Williamson.
Opal was a resident of Ashland, Ohio for most of her life. She was most recently employed at Charles River Labs in Ashland.
Opal was an avid Harley Davidson lover. She loved being outdoors and singing karaoke. For many years she participated in bowling and dart leagues. Out of everything, Opal enjoyed spending time with her friends and family most of all.
She leaves behind her two daughters, Sarah (Joel) Nulph, and Raye (Brad) Williamson; and one son Jeremy Williamson; six grandchildren, Dylan, Teja, Gabriel, Kailyn, Joshua, and Bailey; and eleven siblings, Teresa Ward, Jackie Sims, Pamela Ward Ruckman, Sammie (Travis) Ropp, all of Ashland; Scheilia (Scott) Woodall, Jewel Hicks, Donna Damron Araujo, Scott Damron, Frank Williamson, and Charles Williamson, all from Kentucky; Sherry Ward VanDriest of South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson Caleb E. Williamson.
Funeral Services will be held, Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home with James Mekeloske officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
