Velma Mae Chandler, 78 of Ashland, born on April 30, 1941, passed away peacefully April 9, 2020.
She loved horses, birds and dogs throughout her life.
Velma is survived by one son, Kevin (Rhonda) Chandler; one daughter-in-law, Pam Pearce; step-children, Steve (Tammy) Chandler and Lori Beyers; grandchildren, Mandy Pearce, Dustin (Lacey) Hamilton, Josh Hamilton, Letitia (Jeremy) Peck, Alicia, Tony, and Chris Bailey, Chad Beasley, Garrett Chandler, Rob (Chelsea) Clark III, Kali (Ron) Storey, and Tim (Stephanie) Lester Jr.; many great grandchildren; two sisters, Annabell Combs and Susie Oiler; and one brother, Jimmy Plummer.
She is preceded in death by parent’s Leroy and Betty (nee Dull) Plummer; her husband, Kenneth E. Chandler who passed away on August 26, 2001; two sons, Mike and Ray Pearce; one daughter, Becky Pearce; and one brother, William Plummer.
Velma was loved by many and will be remembered fondly.
